I’m not great on camera, but for those who want to be able to look over my shoulder as I walk you through this process, watch my 5-minute tutorial below:
Skip Ahead:
1. Login To Your Etsy Profile
Login using the same account you purchased with.
2. Go To “Purchases and Reviews.”
If you can’t find the Purchases & Reviews section, try clicking this link: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Click Download
There should be a button to download each file, next to your order.
Please note: At this time, the Etsy mobile App does NOT allow downloads. If you are using a phone, you will need to download using your web browser instead (Safari or Chrome, for example).
Want Your Files Emailed To You?
Etsy will automatically email you a receipt after your purchase, but that email often gets buried in Spam and Promotions folders.
If you would like me to personally email your files to you as attachments, just send me an email at lisa@holalittleone.com.
In your email, please tell me:
- Your Name
- The Date You Purchased
With this information, I’ll be able to find your order and make sure everything you purchased is included as attachments for you!
That’s it!
